The goal of Old Town Marketplace has always been to offer affordable retail space in a prime Downtown location; Longmont’s Creative District, located at 332 Main Street, acting as an incubator for first-time, brick-and-mortar businesses. We encourage artists and small businesses to pursue their dreams of owning a studio/gallery or other business. Rental rates are among the most reasonable in all of Boulder County. Leases include electricity, heat and common area maintenance.
Free 2-Hour Parking is available on Main Street or “soon” in the public parking garage located just East of our building accessed from Kimbark Street, across from Longmont Public Library.
Hotel Longmont is scheduled to be completed by Fall 2026 with a 2-story parking garage serving the hotel and to provide public parking for people seeking to shop at the 300 east Main Street shops.
