The goal of Old Town Marketplace has always been to offer affordable space in a prime Downtown location; Longmont’s Creative District, located at 332 Main Street, acting as an incubator for brick-and-mortar and first-time businesses. We encourage artists and small businesses to pursue their dreams of owning a studio/gallery or other business. Rental rates are among the most reasonable in all of Boulder County. Leases include electricity, heat and common area maintenance.
Free 2-Hour Parking is available on Main Street or in the public lot located just East of our building on Kimbark Street — feel free to use our alley entry.

Each business sets its own hours of operation, but general mall hours are:
Monday-Saturday 10:00 am – 7:00 pm or by appointment
Sunday Mall Closed, some businesses by appointment
