9:30am Line-up in front of the St Vrain Memorial Building, 700 Longs Peak Avenue
10:00am Foot Parade Start Time – Come in Costume!!! Parade heads over to Main, then South to 3rd and back again.
10:30 am Trick or Treating: Visit Downtown businesses — including Old Town Marketplace — for Trick or Treating immediately after the parade.
